MOSMAN’S Toni&Guy hair salon is littered not just with hair clippings and fashion magazines but dozens of awards.

When it comes to snagging top titles - including NSW Hairdresser of the Year and Salon Team of the Year - the Mosman business punches above its weight.

Continuing the salon’s winning form, art director Thomas O’Rourke-Bozier, head technician Sophie Lomas and assistant manager Andrew Dalbertanson are all state finalists in this year’s Wella Trend Vision Awards.

With his strawberry blonde locks and kooky, Lady Gaga-inspired fashion, English-born O’Rourke-Bozier said he was “passionate, creative and driven”.

The 22-year-old all-rounder - who can cut, colour and style - started working for Toni&Guy in London eight years ago and has been with the Mosman salon for four years.
