When Vic Vella bought his Brumbys Road unit off the plan, he was told it would be a high-quality boutique investment.
But Mr Vella, who moved into the unit in December, said he quickly discovered it was not what he had paid for.
A disgruntled Mr Vella said alarm bells started ringing when he entered his new home only to discover it had been lived in and left in a dirty condition. "It had been lived in by a security guard," he said.
Cleaning up became the least of Mr Vella's concerns when he realised a number of the home's features were different from the plans he had been given before signing up.
