Partners Grant Vincze and Richard Evans have gone for a French provincial look complete with a glamorous wall-papered feature wall.
Mr Evans described the look as quirky, contemporary, classic; a bit of a mix. "It looks like Paddington and the name is quite different, too," he said.
He said they took over an 1920s-era shop and gave it the love it needed to bring it back to life.
Mr Evans said the vibe of the salon was warm and friendly and that he, Mr Vincze and senior stylist Leesa Williams paid attention to clients.
Mr Vincze has worked in the region for more than 20 years and clients have followed him to different salons.
